Recipe: Peach Moscow Mule


1 Ripe Peach, peeled and pitted and cut into large chunks

  • ¼ cup Fresh lime Juice
  • 3 ounces Vodka
  • 2 Ginger Beers, chilled
  • ice


  1. Combine the peaches and the lime juice in the jar of a blender and puree until smooth. Divide the puree between two tall glasses.
  2. Fill the glasses with ice. Add the Vodka and then fill the rest of the way with the ginger beer. Stir gently to combine and serve immediately.
